How much height will the insoles actually add?
It depends on which lift you choose. The 1.5cm insole adds approximately 4cm to your total height when combined with a standard sneaker sole, the 2.5cm insole adds roughly 5cm, and the 4cm insole can add up to 7.5cm of real height. This is because the shoe's existing sole amplifies the lift effect.

Will I need to size up my shoes to fit the insoles?
For the 1.5cm and 2.5cm lifts, most people can use their regular shoe size without issue. If you're using the 4cm lift or have a narrower toe box, going half a size up in your shoes may improve comfort.
